  • You have been diagnosed with one of these: Merkel cell carcinoma, advanced basal cell carcinoma needing whole-body treatment, or cutaneous adnexal carcinoma
  • Your diagnosis has been confirmed by tissue biopsy (histology)
  • Your cancer is at an advanced stage for basal cell skin cancer that needs systemic (whole-body) treatment
  • You are willing to participate (not refusing)
