Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must have a type of cancer that has spread or come back after at least one prior treatment, or no standard treatment is available.
  • You must have a specific cancer type: head and neck, adenoid cystic, Merkel cell, sarcoma, melanoma (including uveal, mucosal, or acral), or non-small cell lung cancer.
  • You must be willing to have tumor biopsies before and during treatment if your doctor says it's safe.
  • You cannot have an active autoimmune disease that required treatment in the past 2 years.
  • You must have adequate organ function (determined by blood tests) and a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
