Who can take part
- You are between 40 and 75 years old
- Your prostate cancer has been confirmed by biopsy/pathology
- Your body function score (WHO performance status) is 0 or 1
- You have not had chemotherapy for any cancer before
- Your cancer is at least T2c but not Stage IV (no confirmed distant spread)
- You do not have severe problems with major organs (like heart, lungs, kidneys, or liver)
