Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old
- You can give written informed consent and follow study instructions
- For healthy volunteers: your eye exam, color vision, and vision must be normal (20/20), with clear eye images and a normal visual field test
- For pseudotumor cerebri: you must have confirmed pseudotumor cerebri and optic disc swelling, with at least 20/100 vision in your worse eye
- You cannot have eye conditions/surgery (in the last 3 months for healthy volunteers) or other neurologic/eye diseases (for pseudotumor cerebri) that could affect results
- You must be able to tolerate common eye exam tests (like slit lamp, viewing the eye using a lens, and pressure measurement), and your pupil reactions must not be affected by medicines
