Who can take part
- You can read and understand English and sign informed consent
- You have end-stage kidney disease and received a primary kidney transplant in your only functioning kidney
- If you could become pregnant, you must use two reliable birth-control methods during the study and for at least 1 year after the infusion
- You have not had any other organ, tissue, or cell transplant before
- You are not allergic to tacrolimus or mycophenolate (Cellcept)
