Who can take part

  • You have had SCAD (a spontaneous split/dissection in a heart artery).
  • Your diagnosis was confirmed on a heart scan, like an angiogram or coronary CT.
  • Two or more heart doctors agreed that it was SCAD based on the test results.
  • Your condition was not caused by atherosclerotic plaque buildup (a typical cholesterol-related blockage) or by injury/trauma.
  • You should be able to provide information from the scans and doctor review used to make the SCAD diagnosis.
