Who can take part

  • You are 40 years old or younger
  • You strongly want to keep the possibility of future pregnancy (fertility preservation)
  • Your biopsy shows a specific diagnosis: grade 1 endometrial cancer with progesterone receptor positivity, or atypical endometrial hyperplasia
  • Imaging shows disease is limited to the uterus lining (for cancer; stage 1A by MRI)
  • Your blood test CA125/199 is normal (for cancer), and a procedure may be needed to rule out spread to ovaries/other sites
  • You can take the study treatments safely and agree to regular follow-up visits
