Who can take part
- Confirmed early-stage endometrial cancer (EIN or grade 1–2 endometrioid adenocarcinoma) on biopsy
- Specific genetic markers present (P53 wild-type and MMR proficient)
- BMI over 27 with high-risk conditions, or BMI over 30, and choosing not to have surgery immediately
- Cancer has not spread beyond the uterus based on imaging
- Willing to have biopsies every 3 months and attend monthly clinic visits
- No other active cancers, severe heart problems, or pancreatitis history
