This trial studies nivolumab (an immune treatment) in people with sarcoma who already had a partially mismatched bone marrow transplant. It may help the new immune system recognize and attack cancer, and researchers will also watch closely for side effects like GVHD (immune reaction after transplant) and autoimmune problems.

Who can take part
- You are between 12 months and 50 years old when you join the study.
- You have biopsy-proven sarcoma (or another solid tumor) expected to have a poor long-term outcome.
- You are well enough to participate: Karnofsky score ≥50 (if over 16) or Lansky score ≥60 (if 16 or younger).
- You already had a reduced-intensity haploidentical (partially mismatched) bone marrow transplant, and you’ve fully recovered from the worst early transplant side effects.
- You must be off serious immune reactions from the transplant: no severe past GVHD, and if you had only mild GVHD (Grade II or less), you must have stopped immune-suppressing medicines for at least 2 weeks.
- You must be able to provide a tumor sample (a new biopsy if safe/easy, or stored tissue if not) before treatment and again around Cycle 2.
