Who can take part
- Age 6 months to 25 years old.
- Has a type of solid tumor that has come back or not responded to treatment, and an autologous transplant (using your own cells) is not an option or would not work well.
- Has a family member who is a half-match (haploidentical) donor, like a parent, sibling, or child.
- Is generally able to do daily activities (score of 60% or higher on a Karnofsky or Lansky scale).
- Has good organ function (lungs, kidneys, heart) as checked by tests.
- Is not pregnant, willing to use birth control, and not breastfeeding.
