Who can take part
- You have a definite diagnosis of primary Sjögren syndrome
- You are 18 years or older
- You have not used biologic medicines or immunoglobulin therapy in the last 6 months
- You either have signs of small-fiber nerve problems, or you have no signs of any peripheral nerve problems (small or large fiber)
- You do not have another known cause of nerve problems like diabetes, certain blood/protein conditions, alcohol-related causes, HIV, or specific genetic nerve diseases
- You are not excluded by having nerve-symptom scores like DN4 4+ but normal nerve testing and normal skin biopsy
