Who can take part
- You’re at least 18 years old
- You have advanced cancer that can’t be fully removed or has spread (including certain solid tumors)
- Your doctor has decided you will start immune checkpoint therapy (like anti–PD-1, anti–PD-L1, or anti–CTLA-4) and it has not started yet
- You can provide a stored tumor sample or have a tumor biopsy before treatment
- You can have study procedures and give consent, and your daily functioning is fair (ECOG 0–2)
- You have measurable or trackable disease and have Social Health Insurance in France
