- You are 18 years or older
- You have advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and are starting PD-1 or PD-L1 immunotherapy for the first time
- Your liver cancer diagnosis is confirmed by imaging or biopsy results
- Your cancer stage is B or C (based on the BCLC system)
- You have not had any prior cancer medicines like immunotherapy, chemotherapy, or targeted therapy
- You can give consent and reliably complete study follow-up
