Who can take part
- You have recurrent or progressive uterine carcinosarcoma confirmed by expert pathology review.
- Your cancer has gotten worse after at least one prior platinum chemotherapy treatment (including possibly after surgery).
- You have had 1 or fewer prior cancer chemotherapy regimens specifically for carcinosarcoma (not more than 3 total cytotoxic chemo courses allowed).
- You must have stored tumor tissue available from diagnosis or relapse (so they can test it).
- You must be well enough to take pills and your key blood counts, liver, and kidneys must meet study limits.
- You must not have had prior niraparib/PARPi or prior anti–PD-1/PD-L1 treatment.
