Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older.
- Your cancer must be advanced (recurrent, metastatic, or persistent) and not curable with surgery or radiation.
- You must have at least one tumor spot that doctors can remove so enough tumor tissue can be used to grow TIL (at least about 1.5 cm after removal).
- Your cancer must be getting worse during or after your most recent treatment.
- You must be well enough to participate (ECOG 0 or 1).
- Your immune and organ tests must be within allowed ranges (blood counts, liver/kidney function), and you must not be pregnant.
