Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 70 years old (or older if your doctor agrees).
- You must have an advanced solid tumor that has not improved with standard treatment, or you cannot tolerate standard treatment.
- You are willing to have a small piece of your tumor removed so we can grow your immune cells in the lab.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- You are generally well enough to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You have not had certain serious health conditions like recent heart problems, bleeding issues, or active infections.
