Testing TIL cell therapy for advanced solid tumors
Treatments studied
Part of Cancer clinical trials.
This trial tests a type of immune cell treatment called TIL (tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes) in people with advanced solid cancers. It may help your immune system better recognize and attack tumors, especially if standard treatments have not worked.
Summary written for real people, not researchers, by Clin2.
Who can take part
- You’re between 18 and 75 years old
- You have advanced cancer that has come back, spread, or cannot be fully treated with standard options
- You can likely live for more than 3 months and you’re well enough for treatment (ECOG 0–2 or Karnofsky 60% or higher)
- Your doctors can take a tumor sample (biopsy or surgery) or collect cancer cells from certain fluid
- Recent blood tests and organ tests meet minimum levels (blood counts, liver/kidney function, and clotting numbers)
- You must stop cancer treatments like chemo, immunotherapy, radiation, or targeted biologics at least 28 days before the tumor sample

This study tests a new treatment that uses your own immune cells, called TIL, to fight advanced solid tumors. It may be given alone or with another drug that helps the immune system attack cancer. The goal is to see if this treatment is safe and effective for people who have already tried other treatments.
This trial tests a new cell therapy called Meta10-TIL, where immune cells from your tumor are modified and given back to you to help fight cancer. It is for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments.
This trial tests a treatment that uses your own immune cells, called TILs, to fight advanced solid tumors. The cells are taken from a biopsy of your tumor, multiplied in a lab, and then given back to you. It might help if you have tried other treatments without success, or if no standard treatment is available.
This trial studies a treatment called TIL therapy, which uses your own immune cells grown from a tumor sample, to treat advanced cancers of the liver/bile ducts or pancreas. It’s mainly for people whose standard treatments have already failed (or none exist), and who can safely provide tumor tissue for the cell preparation.
This trial tests a new type of personalized cell therapy (TIL) for people with advanced solid tumors who have run out of standard treatment options. It aims to see if this approach can help shrink tumors.
This early-phase trial tests GC101 TIL, a treatment made from your own melanoma tumor cells, for advanced melanoma. It may help the immune system better fight the cancer after standard treatments have already stopped working or if none are available.
