Who can take part
- You have colorectal cancer that has spread or another solid tumor, confirmed by biopsy/pathology.
- Your tumor testing shows it is MSI-H or MMR deficient (dMMR).
- You have at least one measurable tumor spot that can be tracked on scans.
- Your overall strength/mobility is good (ECOG 0 or 1).
- You can stay alive for at least 12 weeks, and your blood and organ tests are good enough for treatment.
- You have not had certain treatments or procedures close to the study start (recent trial drugs, immune therapy, major surgery within 4 weeks, or other anti-cancer treatment within 2 weeks).
