  • Your baby was born before 37 weeks of pregnancy
  • Your baby was born at Guangzhou Women and Children's Medical Center
  • You plan to stay in Guangzhou for more than 3 years
  • This is not a multiple birth (not twins/triplets/etc.)
  • The birth was not a stillbirth
  • There are no major birth defects or serious congenital problems
