Who can take part
- You (or your child) have a stage IV kidney tumor diagnosed for the first time
- The cancer has already spread to the lungs (or there is another very suspicious spot) at diagnosis
- Imaging shows at least one lung nodule or suspicious lesion that is 3 mm or larger
- A CT scan of the chest and a CT scan or MRI of the abdomen must be done to measure the spots
- The spread must be confirmed by a central (independent) review team
