Who can take part

  • You (or your child) are 30 years old or younger when joining the study.
  • Diagnosis fits one of these: newly diagnosed stages 2–4 diffuse anaplastic Wilms tumor, or favorable histology Wilms tumor that is in first relapse after full remission.
  • Newly diagnosed diffuse anaplastic cases must be enrolled on a separate screening study soon after the tumor surgery/biopsy that first confirmed the diagnosis.
  • You must have proof of the tumor type from central review, and for relapse cases there must be a favorable-histology pathology report available to upload.
  • You must be well enough to tolerate treatment (performance score 0–2) and expected to live at least 8 weeks.
  • Recent blood tests must be adequate (including minimum neutrophils, platelets, and hemoglobin), and heart/liver/kidney measurements must meet study limits.
