- Be age 18 to 45
- Currently match one group: nicotine vaper, cannabis vaper, cigarette smoker, dual user, or non-smoker history
- Have no nicotine or cannabis smoking/vaping for the required “no recent use” window (about the past 30 days) based on your group
- Be able and willing to sign informed consent and follow study steps
- Not be pregnant or breastfeeding at screening
- Not have certain lung problems, recent lung infection, or imaging-incompatible conditions
