This study collects and stores information and samples from people with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) to help researchers learn more and improve care. Your participation mainly helps build a “biobank,” which can support future studies.

Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis) or you have a related qualifying situation.
- You are between 18 and 85 years old when you enroll.
- You can complete the usual diagnosis checks done for IBD (such as lab tests and a colonoscopy).
- If you can become pregnant, or if you are pregnant, you can still join.
- You can give informed consent (you understand and agree to participate).
- You do not have known liver disease and you have no history of colorectal cancer.
