- Your arthritis started within the last 12 months and a rheumatologist confirms it
- You have psoriasis, or a close family history of psoriatic arthritis
- Your rheumatologist believes the diagnosis is likely psoriatic arthritis (confidence score 7/10 or higher)
- You can sign consent and are enrolled in the French social security system
- You are not currently pregnant
