Who can take part
- You have one new (not recurring) endometrioma only on one ovary (not both sides).
- Your cyst size is between 5 and 10 cm.
- Your surgery plan is laparoscopic enucleation (removal by stripping) of that cyst.
- Before enrollment, your hormone/egg reserve test called AFC is in the normal range.
- You have not had any pelvic surgery before, including non-gynecologic surgery.
- You have not taken any endometriosis-related medicines or other treatments in the last 3 months.
- You do not have deep infiltrating endometriosis or other major conditions.
