Who can take part
- You have an endometrioma that is at least 6 cm based on MRI or ultrasound.
- Your endometriosis is mainly a single cyst on one ovary or cysts on both ovaries.
- Your endometriosis may involve other places like pelvic lining spots, deeper infiltrating lesions, or adenomyosis.
- Doctors will check that the cyst does not look unusual on scans and that laparoscopy (if done) does not show suspicious changes.
- You are able to take a GnRH medicine (like Enantone® or Decapeptyl®) and can safely have laparoscopy and general anesthesia.
- You are not pregnant and agree to take part in the study.
