Who can take part
- You have an eye diagnosed with a melanotic or amelanotic iris tumor, or you are being enrolled as a healthy control with no iris lesions
- You can clearly give informed consent
- You can keep your gaze steady for OCT imaging (a special eye scan)
- You can attend the required study visits on schedule
- You do not have other eye conditions (like certain retinal diseases or glaucoma) that could affect iris blood flow
- If you have cataracts, they must not be so mature they limit vision worse than 20/40
