This study compares two ways of using prostate MRI images to guide a biopsy and check how accurately prostate cancer can be found. If you have MRI spots that may be cancer, the trial will help test whether computer software or a visual method works better.

Who can take part
- You are a man age 50 to 75
- You may have prostate cancer based on PSA blood test and/or an abnormal rectal exam
- Your prostate MRI shows a suspicious spot (PI-RADS 3 to 5)
- You have never been diagnosed with prostate cancer
- You have not had a prior prostate biopsy and can complete study follow-ups
- You can safely have an MRI and the biopsy procedure, and there is no spread to lymph nodes or bones on scans
