  • You are 45 to 85 years old.
  • You have a recent MRI showing suspicious spots (PI-RADS score 3 or higher).
  • You meet the standard reasons for a prostate biopsy (like high PSA, abnormal exam, or past suspicious biopsy results).
  • You haven't received prostate cancer treatments such as radiation, hormone therapy, or surgery.
  • You can have a biopsy within one month of your MRI.
