Who can take part

  • You are a man aged 18 or older
  • Your doctor suspects you may have prostate cancer and recommends a biopsy
  • Your PSA level is less than 20 ng/mL
  • A digital rectal exam shows the cancer (if any) is likely confined to the prostate
  • You have had an MRI that shows 1 to 3 suspicious spots with a PI-RADS score of 3, 4, or 5
  • You have not had a prostate biopsy in the last 2 years and have never been diagnosed with prostate cancer
