Registry for heartbeat rhythm problems from structural heart disease

Ventricular Arrythmia

Part of Genetic & congenital, Heart & circulation clinical trials.

This is a registry that collects information about people with certain dangerous heartbeat rhythm problems caused by structural (anatomical) heart diseases. It may help researchers understand patterns and risks, and improve how these conditions are studied and managed.

Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with a ventricular arrhythmia (a rhythm problem starting in the heart’s lower chambers).
  • Your ventricular arrhythmia is thought to be caused by a structural heart disease.
  • Your structural heart condition may include ischemic cardiomyopathy, arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy, dilated cardiomyopathy, or hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
  • You are able to be enrolled and provide required study information for the registry.

Testing blood markers to assess heart rhythm risk

This study looks at blood biomarkers to better judge risk in people with abnormal heart rhythms such as extra beats, fast rhythm (ventricular tachycardia), or chaotic rhythm (ventricular fibrillation). It may help doctors sort out who needs closer monitoring or treatment.

Heart monitoring registry for teens and adults with heart symptoms

This study registers people who are referred to cardiology or genetics for heart-failure–type symptoms or heart/cardiogenetic screening. It helps doctors understand how monitoring platforms may support diagnosis and follow-up.

Ventricular Tachycardia patient registry study

This study is for adults with ventricular tachycardia (a fast heart rhythm) who also have structural heart disease. It will track your health over time to learn more about how this condition is managed.

Cardiomyopathy registry for tracking heart disease

This study builds a patient registry to collect information over time about several types of cardiomyopathy (heart muscle diseases). It may help researchers understand how these conditions progress and what care works best.
