Who can take part
- You have a non-cancer (benign) problem in the uterus or nearby organs
- Your plan is to keep your uterus (no uterus removal)
- You are sexually active
- You have not reached menopause (you are premenopausal)
- You do NOT have pelvic infections, endometriosis, or pain with sex/chronic pelvic pain before surgery
- You have no previous hysterectomy (uterus removal) and can complete the questionnaires in the study language
