  • You previously took part in one of these standard weight-loss studies: NCT01985568 or NCT03411356
  • You’re between 20 and 60 years old
  • You can and will sign informed consent and follow study instructions
  • You have a smartphone and are willing to use a meal-timing app
  • You can wear multiple activity-tracking devices all day (24/7) for 28 straight days
  • You’re willing to complete metabolism testing that includes multiple urine collections and drinking water with safe, stable isotope labels
