Testing ABX196 plus nivolumab for advanced liver cancer

Who can take part

  • You are age 18 or older
  • You are able to do most daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1)
  • Your liver cancer is confirmed by pathology and cannot be cured with surgery or local treatments
  • Your cancer has grown on scans after prior treatments (including sorafenib/lenvatinib if you had them) or you couldn’t take them
  • You’ve had at least one prior cancer treatment through the bloodstream (systemic therapy) for liver cancer
  • Your liver function is fairly preserved (Child-Pugh class A)
