Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and have advanced liver cancer (stage B or C) that cannot be treated with local therapies like surgery or radiation.
- You have not received any systemic treatment (like immunotherapy or targeted therapy) for your liver cancer before.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans and has not been treated with local procedures like radiation or chemoembolization.
- Your liver function is good (Child-Pugh score A or mild B) and you are able to care for yourself (ECOG 0 or 1).
- You are willing to provide a tumor sample if available, and you do not have certain medical conditions like active infections, severe bleeding risk, or autoimmune disease.
