Who can take part
- You have paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (episodes that come and go), and you’re planned for an ablation procedure
- Your age is between 20 and 80 years
- Your left atrium is smaller than 50 mm (based on your heart measurements)
- Your atrial fibrillation either keeps coming back despite antiarrhythmic medicine, or you can’t take that medicine
- You should be able to take blood thinners (anticoagulation) to help prevent stroke
