Who can take part

  • You are age 18 to 75.
  • You have primary membranous nephropathy confirmed by a kidney biopsy within the last 5–7 years (depending on whether it’s new or relapsing).
  • Your blood test is positive for anti-PLA2R (a specific antibody linked to primary membranous nephropathy).
  • Your kidney function and protein in the urine meet study ranges (eGFR at least 30, and protein level in range while on maximum blood-pressure/RAAS medication).
  • Your blood pressure is controlled while on maximum tolerated RAAS treatment.
  • You have not had certain immune-suppressing medicines recently (including rituximab in the last 12 months, and steroids or other specific drugs in the last 30 days).
