Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have had a shoulder arthroplasty (replacement) using the specific Comprehensive Micro Stem and/or the Comprehensive Anatomic Versa-Dial Humeral Head.
  • Your implant was placed using the approved surgical technique and instructions for use (IFU).
  • You do not have a current or recent serious bone/joint infection (like infection, sepsis, or osteomyelitis).
  • You do not have problems that strongly weaken bone or increase infection risk (such as severe osteoporosis or distant infections).
