Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have had a shoulder arthroplasty (replacement) using the specific Comprehensive Micro Stem and/or the Comprehensive Anatomic Versa-Dial Humeral Head.
- Your implant was placed using the approved surgical technique and instructions for use (IFU).
- You do not have a current or recent serious bone/joint infection (like infection, sepsis, or osteomyelitis).
- You do not have problems that strongly weaken bone or increase infection risk (such as severe osteoporosis or distant infections).
