Who can take part
- You previously had an allogeneic stem cell transplant from another person (bone marrow, blood, or cord blood), or you had a related CAR-T cell treatment
- You have ongoing or early-treated virus infection in one of these groups: EBV, CMV, adenovirus, BK (and possibly JC), despite standard treatment or because you cannot tolerate it
- Your doctor can adjust your steroid dose so it is at 0.5 mg/kg/day methylprednisolone or less (or equivalent)
- Your blood hemoglobin is at least 7.0 (gm/dl)
- Your donated/available T-cells must match your tissue type (HLA) at least partly, and the study team must confirm this match
- You can give consent (or a parent/guardian can), and if you can become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test
