Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older
- You have confirmed toenail fungus on a big toe (hallux) nail, affecting 20–75% of it
- Lab tests are positive for fungus: a culture test and a potassium hydroxide (KOH) test
- Your nail does not meet size limits: fungal nail thickness is 3 mm or less, and there is at least 2 mm of clear nail near the base
- You can sign and date consent and are willing to follow all study visits and instructions for the full study
- You have no known allergy to the gel or related study products
