- You (or your parent/guardian) can give informed consent to join the study
- Your child has a chronic illness and is being treated at the hospital in one of these areas: oncology/hematology, neuro-oncology, diabetes, cystic fibrosis, metabolic disease, gastroenterology, cardiology, kidney disease, rheumatology, allergies, lung disease, immune system conditions, or intensive care
- You can speak and understand Italian well enough to complete the study materials
- You do not have cognitive impairment that would prevent understanding the study questions
- You are able to participate as part of a family about your child’s ongoing care
