This study is developing a new questionnaire to measure self-care in people with inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis). By participating, you will help create a tool that may improve support for patients managing their condition at home.

- You have been diagnosed with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis for at least 12 months
- You are 18 years or older
- You are being followed up as an outpatient (not staying in the hospital) for your IBD
- You can read and speak Italian
