Who can take part
- You are 18 or older
- You have breast cancer with the main tumor larger than 2 cm
- You are able to receive neoadjuvant chemotherapy (chemo before surgery)
- Your blood counts are within safe ranges (hemoglobin, platelets, and neutrophils)
- Your kidney, liver, and heart function meet safety thresholds for chemotherapy
- You do not have distant spread of cancer and you have no major nerve or skin-related issues that would block treatment
