Who can take part
- Be age 20 to 80, and be able to sign consent
- Be able to follow the scan safety steps during the scanning visits
- If joining the chemo-monitoring group: have biopsy-confirmed locally advanced breast cancer and be on neoadjuvant chemotherapy
- If joining the mass-characterization group: be referred to a breast clinic for a new breast mass workup
- No pregnancy or breastfeeding during the study
- No implanted devices like a pacemaker/defibrillator or certain nerve stimulators
