Who can take part
- Be age 18 or older and have advanced cancer that cannot be cured, with standard treatment no longer available or not working.
- Have a confirmed solid tumor diagnosis from a lab sample (biopsy or cytology).
- Your tumor must test positive for CD205 using a lab test called IHC (immunohistochemistry).
- You must have measurable disease on imaging (at least one measurable spot on CT/MRI per RECIST).
- You must be well enough to take part, with an ECOG score of 0–1 and adequate blood counts and organ function.
- You must have had allowed prior treatments and be within the required timing since your last chemotherapy (commonly: no chemo in the last 28 days; and specific limits on metastatic chemotherapy lines).
