Who can take part
- You are age 18 to 80.
- You have confirmed intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma that your scans suggest can be fully removed.
- Before surgery, scans show no clear lymph node spread, or a lymph node biopsy during surgery is negative.
- Your liver function is good enough (Child-Turcotte-Pugh score A or B) and you have enough remaining liver (residual liver volume over 30%).
- You can safely have major liver surgery and you agree to the study (sign informed consent and plan to follow up).
