Who can take part
- Your meningioma has grown on MRI or another scan after prior radiation, and there is at least one measurable tumor spot
- You already had radiation (either standard fractions or targeted radiosurgery) but more radiation is not considered safe for you
- You must be willing and able to have a 68Ga-DOTATATE PET scan and your scan must show a certain level (Krenning score 2 or higher)
- You must be in overall condition good enough for study treatment (ECOG performance status 0 to 2)
- Recent blood work and organ function must meet study limits (white blood cells, platelets, hemoglobin, liver tests, kidney function)
- You must be able to do required imaging and follow-up visits, and you must sign informed consent
