Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older, and weigh more than 30 kg
- Your bladder cancer is high-risk and non–muscle invasive, and the main type is urothelial (more than half of the tumor)
- Your bladder cancer did not respond to BCG or you cannot tolerate BCG
- Before starting, you must have had recent bladder surgery/biopsies plus a CT chest and CT urogram (or MRI if CT isn’t possible)
- Recent blood tests, liver tests, and kidney function must be strong enough for treatment
- You must be able and willing to follow the study visits, tests, and safety rules, including using birth control if needed
