Who can take part
- You are 19 years or older.
- Your cervical biopsy shows high-grade precancer (CIN2/3) and your HPV test is HPV16 positive.
- If you have HIV: your HIV must be controlled (viral load at or below 200 copies/mL), and you must agree to HIV treatment (if applicable).
- Your blood counts and organ tests must be in a safe range (for example, enough white blood cells and platelets, and kidney/liver numbers not too high).
- You must be able to attend all study visits and follow study instructions, including signing consent.
- If you could become pregnant: you must use two effective birth-control methods (one must be a barrier method) from before treatment through 3 months after.
