Who can take part
- You are an adult (18 or older).
- If you have systemic sclerosis, it must meet the ACR diagnosis criteria your doctor uses.
- You must be able to read French and give informed consent to join.
- You should not have severe anemia (hemoglobin below 7 g/dL).
- You must not have taken antibiotics, probiotics, or prebiotics (or similar gut-altering treatments) within 2 months before providing a stool sample.
- If you are in the control group, you should not have systemic sclerosis or any other chronic disease, and should not have certain ongoing symptoms or long-term conditions.
